This Contract is between the
Property Owners and the Party Leader, who must sign the
Booking Form accepting the Conditions on behalf of all members
of the Party. Only persons identified on the Booking Form
are entitled to use the Property. A Contract exists when
you have paid a Deposit and we have accepted and confirmed
your Booking in writing. A deposit of 20% of the Total Cost
is required to secure Booking. THIS IS NON-RETURNABLE IN
THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION BY YOU.
CANCELLATION:
Any cancellation of a booking must be in writing and is
subject to the following cancellation charges:
More than 12 weeks prior to
your arrival date
- Full deposit
Between 12 and 8 weeks prior
to your arrival date
- 25% < of balance remaining
Between 8 and 4 weeks prior
to your arrival date
- 50% < of balance remaining
Less than 4 weeks prior to
your arrival date
- 100% of < balance remaining
The Villa will be available
from 1600 hours on the day of arrival and must be vacated
by 1030 hours on the day of departure. (This may be flexible
depending on other booking arrangements).
REFUNDABLE
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A bond of £150/$240 will
be required along with your balance. This will be held against
any loss or damage occasioned by the use of the property.
The bond will be fully refundable (within 28 days of your
departure from the villa) after a satisfactory status report.
FORCE
MAJEURE: The owners of the property or their agents
will not be liable for loss or delay occasioned by any of
the following: Strikes, Riots, Political Unrest, Hostilities,
War or threat of war, Terrorist Activity, Closure of Airports
or any other event beyond the owners control.
LIABILITY:
The owners and their agent do not accept any liability for
the death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage howsoever
caused to yourselves or your property. The owners and their
agent do not accept any liability for any injury or death
howsoever caused as a result of using the swimming pool.
Adults are especially requested not to allow unsupervised
children to use the swimming pool or surrounding deck area,
Alarms are fitted on the pool access doors and are not to
be tampered with.
HOLIDAY
INSURANCE: Guests are recommended to take out appropriate
Insurance for the duration of their trip. All guests are
required by law to hold a full 10-year passport with at
least 6 months remaining after your trip.
COMPLAINTS:
In the unlikely event of a Complaint regarding your accommodation
please notify the Management Company within 24 hours and
they will endeavour to put things right. The Owner or their
Agents will not consider liability for any complaint that
was not initially registered with the Management Company
during your stay.
RESPONSILITY
OF GUESTS: The party must treat the property; it's
furniture, fittings, utensils and other facilities with
respect. Any loss or damage must be reported to the Management
Company. The applicant must make good or pay for any loss,
damage or breakage. The owners reserve the right to withhold
any monies from the Security Deposit to pay for any loss
or damage caused to the property or it's contents by any
member of the party. The Property will be cleaned prior
to your arrival and after your departure. The property should
be left in an orderly state with all kitchen utensils washed.
Should the property require extensive cleaning, the Owners
reserve the right to withhold any monies from the Security
Deposit to pay for the extra cleaning.
No pets please.
For the comfort of future
guests we respectfully request that there is No Smoking
within the villa.
